Gambling Regulatory Authority Exclusion Order
Under the Casino Control Act 2006, the Authority may, by an exclusion order given to a person in writing, prohibit the person from entering or remaining on any casino premises in such circumstances as the order may specify.
Request for Review
A Request for Review shall be made in writing not later than 28 days following the date of GRA’s decision. The completed Request for Review Form must be submitted to the Authority via email eoac@gra.gov.sg, fax (+65-6273-0917) or mail to the following address:

Appeal against the decision of Request for Review
