Organisation Structure Chief Executive Internal Audit The Division reviews internal processes to identify risks and potential gaps – to improve internal controls, risk management and governance. Deputy Chief Executive (Operations) Compliance The Division approves the regulated entities’ gambling operations and products; and assesses their track record of compliance to determine continued suitability as a licensee. Gaming Technology The Division oversees the technical compliance and regulatory operations of equipment, systems, and approved entities; and analyses collected data to facilitate policy formation and decision making. Investigations & Prohibitions The Division conducts due diligence checks on licensure applicants; investigates into regulatory breaches and offences; and imposes prohibitive measures against illegal remote gambling activities. Licensing & Monitoring The Division performs a gatekeeper role in determining the suitability of regulated entities. Financial investigations and ongoing monitoring are also conducted to ensure continued suitability. Operations Policy The Division oversees the formulation and development of operational policies and frameworks for regulated forms of gambling; and coordinates planning across Operations Divisions. Research & Analysis The Division performs operational research and analysis on regulated entities to pursue issues of regulatory or criminal interests to GRA. Supervision The Division supervises gambling licensees through risk-based reviews, and fosters licensees’ governance, compliance and risk awareness through licensees’ adoption of best practices and standards. Deputy Chief Executive (Policy & Development) Corporate Services The Division establishes procurement, financial and resource management frameworks to ensure that the organisation remains financially stable with strong corporate governance. Human Resource The Division partners stakeholders in developing effective people strategies and cultivating an organisational culture that engages and inspires – to build a capable, future-ready and united GRA team. Infocomm Technology The Division drives digital transformation and the effective use of data to enhance operational capabilities, and ensures a strong organisation culture in governance and cybersecurity. Legal The Division safeguards GRA’s interests, enabling it to discharge its statutory functions and maintain a robust legal regulatory framework, through the provision of professional legal advice. Policy, Planning & Communications The Division develops gambling policies; oversees strategic planning and communications; leads transformation initiatives to drive organisational excellence; and fosters international partnerships.
